I first tried 'Cowboy Candy' at a restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas. I was hooked! After trying several recipes, I developed my own - simple and good. Great on just about everything, BBQ, cream cheese, a salad, or anything you want to jazz up.
Tip: The slices continue to pickle while in the jar. The longer they pickle the sweeter they become.
